The Intro New Balance 99v4 Joe Freshgoods sports an upper with a black mesh base overlaid in sandy-colored suede. A black leather N adorns the side panel while 1998 and Made in the USA branding grace the heel tab. New Balance branding also appears on the heel. Joe Freshgoods branding appears on one red insole while New Balance branding appears on the other. Dual branding also appears on each tongue tag.
